Zero Sharing Policy: Your account and your PIN belong to you alone. Never share your login credentials or your PIN with friends, family, or associates.

Meeting the Driver: You—and only you—must be the one to provide the PIN and accept the package from the driver. Sharing your account or PIN will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your membership privileges.
