CARRIERS

Drivers are the backbone and foundation of Liberty Dispatchers. Providing professional, fast, secure delivery and elite customer service for our private members is what adds all the value to Canary Market.

Before you hit the road, please review our core operational guidelines below:

THE APPLICATION & ACTIVATION PROCESS

Approval Notification: After submitting your application, our team will review your details. If approved, you will receive an official acceptance email and an in-app notification.

Unlocking the Driver Portal: The Driver Option Portal will only appear in your account profile icon or navigation menu after you have been approved.

Going Live: From this portal, you can toggle your status to "Online." You will only receive order updates, get queued for deliveries, or see available payouts when your status is actively set to online.

REQUIREMENTS & VEHICLE FLEXIBILITY

Open to All Vehicles: You can use scooters, bikes, mopeds, cars, or any reliable transport. However, priority dispatching will always favor drivers with higher performance ratings and faster drop times.

Identification: Currently, uploading a valid picture of your identification is strictly required to become a driver.

No License? No Problem: If you choose to use a bike, scooter, or moped instead of a car, a standard driver's license is not required—only your verified government photo ID.

Location Services: Location access must be enabled at all times while using the driver portal to track miles and receive nearby orders.

EARNINGS & FLEXIBLE DAILY PAYOUTS

The Rate: Drivers average $1.50 to $2.00+ per mile.

Tipping Policy: While we do not actively recommend or prompt for cash tips, we have absolutely no policy against them. If a member offers a cash tip, it is 100% yours to keep.

Electronic Payouts: All standard transactions are electronic. You can request a payout once every 24 hours to your preferred platform:

Direct Deposit
Chime, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal
Daily-loaded Paycards (funds loaded once per day)

Note: In rare, pre-approved cases, cash payout options may be available.

Tracking: You can fully track your miles, completed trips, and accumulated earnings directly inside your Driver Portal.

SAFETY, DISCRETION, AND DELIVERY VERIFICATION

Curated Premium Products: You will be delivering high-grade, curated flower products from premium, vetted, and selected member vendors.

Strict Limits: For driver safety and compliance, all products are always securely sealed and never exceed 14 grams per delivery.

Two-Way Communication: The app allows you to seamlessly correspond with Admins, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth drops.

The Secure PIN System: To protect you and our network, all customer accounts are strictly ID and age-verified. Every customer is assigned a unique Delivery PIN.

Completing a Drop: In order to successfully complete a delivery and release the funds, you will be prompted by the app to enter the customer's delivery PIN at the drop-off location.
